OBJECTIVES: - This course is a continuation of the foundation course ie the second level . Main objectives to enable junior staffs to polish their skills and become proficient in handling all major aspects the Retail Travel business. Students are equipped with skills and knowledge to handle complex fares, re-issue tickets , become familiar with Travel Agents Associations equipped with effective selling skills and understand the operations of the IATA Billing and Settlement plan system.
DESIGNED FOR: - Individuals seeking to upgrade their skills and knowledge and professional competence in the travel industry and currently working Travel Consultants, Tour Consultants, Airline personnel tour operators, Hotel and Car Rental Reservation staffs.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:-Foundation Diploma/certificate or equivalent industry experience.

OBJECTIVES: - To equip prospective students with the Managerial knowledge and skills required work as junior managers in Travel Agencies, Tour Companies and even pen their own retail Travel shops. The course highlights more on the importance of first line supervisors and mangers in the ever changing Travel and tourism industry
DESIGNED FOR: -Individuals seek to join junior management level personnel in all field of the Travel industry- Travel agencies, airlines and Tour Operator companies.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: - Diploma/Certificate for consultant course or equivalent industry experience of 2 years.
